The programme Bidders Cockpit allows you, to download the tender documents in digital form from the electronic procurement platform (eHAD), to edit them and to submit your tender electronically. The software supports you in putting together your tender documents. You also have the option to submit your tender with a digital signature to the platform of the contracting authority.

A particular advantage of the e-procurement is the simple and rapid exchange of information between tenderers and contracting authority about the news function of the Bidder Cockpit. So, you are always informed on the latest news of the contracting authority or tenderer inquiries.
