With the eHAD, we extend the service of the HAD and offer contracting authorities the processing of national and international invitations to tender from the announcement to the award on a procurement platform.

The HAD is the announcement platform of the State of Hesse and bundles all public tender notices of Hessian procurement offices. With the extension to eHAD, we facilitate the first steps into electronic procurement for our contracting authorities.
