amendment, current developments and course of the procedure
The public procurement law has currently been amended comprehensively. This concerns in particular the modernisation of the ARC procurement law adopted by the federal legislature and the amendment of theVOB / A. by the Board of the German Committee for Construction. The amendment of the VOL/A has nearly been brought to an end, while the amendment of the VOF starts at the end of March in 2009 (German Association of Towns and Municipalities).
